After shampooing, wet the hair and scalp with lukewarm water and apply an appropriate amount directly through the scalp and lengths. Gently massage it in, making sure the treatment reaches the roots as well as the hair, then leave it on for 2–3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
